Campus Connect
A social network for Namibian university students. A campus feed, messaging, a shared class and exam calendar, a marketplace and campus games, with every account a verified student.

The problem
Campus life already runs on a network, it is just scattered across group chats that fill up and fragment, pages nobody moderates, and notice boards you have to physically walk past to read. None of it was built for students, and none of it verifies anyone, so you never quite know whether the person posting is from your campus or a student at all.
How we solved it
One app per campus where every account is a verified student. A feed you can reply to without leaving it, messaging in rooms or one to one with photos, files and voice notes, and your classes and exams in a colour-coded calendar with reminders and campus events beside them. Campus Market for buying and selling, a campus magazine, and games that score points for you and for your university. Reporting, blocking and moderation are built in, and posts stay yours to edit, archive or delete.
The story
This is the version I wanted to exist while I was studying. Everything students actually used was borrowed from somewhere else, so it never quite fit: a group chat is not a feed, a notice board is not a calendar, and neither one tells you who you are talking to.
Campus Connect went up on the App Store in September 2026 as version 1.0, free, and it is the most recent thing I have shipped.
