Unqo Properties is live on the App Store with a web platform for agents behind it. Imali, a budgeting app where you type or say what you spent, and Campus Connect, a social app for university students, are both on the App Store too. We know what it takes to get from a good design to an app people keep on their phone.
Your name, not ours
NDA before any brief. We never contact your client unless you ask us to. Code lives in your GitHub, apps ship under your client's developer accounts, and our name appears nowhere.
Working hours that overlap
Windhoek is on UTC+2 all year: the same working day as London, most of Europe and the Gulf. Our afternoons are US East Coast mornings, and our mornings are the afternoon in Singapore and Australia. Wherever you are, you get a reply within four working hours.
Fixed prices that leave you a margin
We build with AI tools, so we work faster than a traditional studio and charge fixed prices well below UK or US rates. You quote your client a fair price and keep a healthy share of it.

A social network for university students: feed, messaging, class and exam calendar, a student marketplace and verified student accounts.
Premium Sport
A multi-sport news and live match platform built for a sports media brand, with our name nowhere on it: a fan app with live fixtures and results, an editorial website, and a newsroom CMS for their journalists.
Fixed prices you can quote with confidence
Fixed prices in USD, not hours. We build with AI tools, which makes us faster, and we share that with you as lower prices and shorter timelines rather than billing you for time. Fixed builds are 50% to start and the rest on launch; monthly plans are billed in advance.

A new TestFlight and Android test build every two weeks, with a short written update you can forward as your own.
Launch and after
We handle store submission under your client's accounts, then stay on for maintenance if you want it. Everything is handed over, including the code.
License Campus Connect
Campus Connect is our student app: a feed, messaging, class and exam calendar, a marketplace and verified student accounts. Universities, student unions and the agencies that serve them can license it under their own name and branding, set up and maintained by us.

Where are you based?
Windhoek, Namibia. Unqo Digital Solutions CC is a registered company there. We work in English, invoice in USD, GBP or EUR, and take payment by Wise or bank transfer.
What do you build with?
React Native for iOS and Android from one codebase, with Next.js, Postgres and Supabase on the web and backend side. If your client already has a stack, we work in it.
Who owns the code?
Your client, through you, from the first commit. Repositories sit in your organisation and nothing is held back at handover.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most agencies start with an App Sprint: $4,000 for a working app on TestFlight in two to three weeks, credited in full if you carry on. We'll also scope your first project free, with no commitment.
If AI can write code, why use you?
AI makes writing code fast. It doesn't get an app through App Store review, keep payments and logins secure, fix what breaks when iOS updates, or answer your email in four hours. That part is the job, and it's what you're paying for.
Do your prices change?
Not mid-project. Every build gets a written scope and a fixed price before we start. If you add something later, it's quoted separately and only goes ahead when you approve it.
