The problem
Congregation admin lived across paper registers, spreadsheets and announcements made from the front. Keeping the member directory current, tracking membership and getting event details to everyone was manual work that fell to a small number of people.
How we solved it
A digital home for the congregation: a member directory, event RSVPs and membership tracking in one place, reachable from a phone. The administrative work that used to be repeated by hand each week now happens once, and members can find what they need without having to ask.
