The problem
A solo studio was taking bookings through direct messages, which meant negotiating times by hand, keeping the diary in her head, and absorbing the cost of no-shows on slots that could not be resold at short notice.
How we solved it
Online booking against real availability, with a deposit taken to secure the slot. Clients pick a time without a back and forth, the diary keeps itself, and a booked appointment now carries enough commitment that an empty chair is the exception.
