Exchange rate data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be real-time or accurate for all transactions. Do not rely solely on Imali for exchange rate information in commercial transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Imali, including the app design, code, branding, and AI models, are owned by Unqo Digital Solutions CC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your transaction data and financial records remain your property. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into Imali.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete Account.

Upon termination, your right to use Imali ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Unqo Digital Solutions CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Imali, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Imali shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Imali after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
